For employees

Having a problem with someone at work?

You don't have to wait until it gets worse.

As a covered employee, you can talk privately with a neutral conflict professional about what's happening and figure out what to do next.

Talk to Someone

Free for covered employees. No manager or HR approval needed.

This isn't a complaint. It's a conversation.

You don't need to know whether you need mediation.

You don't need to know whether the problem is serious enough.

You don't need to have already talked to HR.

Just tell us what's happening.

People call us about things like this

If it sounds familiar, it counts.

  • My manager and I aren't getting along.

  • I need to say something to my coworker but don't know how.

  • Someone on my team is making work miserable.

  • I'm so frustrated I'm thinking about quitting.

  • I got an email that really upset me.

  • I'm a manager and don't know how to handle this.

  • I don't want to file a complaint. I just need help figuring this out.

Privacy

Will my employer know I contacted you?

Conflict Line is designed to be private. Your employer pays for the benefit, but we do not routinely tell them who reached out or what was said in your conversation.

Employers may receive anonymized, aggregated information about how the program is being used overall — numbers and general themes, not names and not transcripts.

Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal and safety limitations. If something you share indicates a serious risk of harm, or if disclosure is legally required, we may need to act on it. We'll explain all of this before we get into the details of your situation.
